Homecoming CG on 080808

Hii Bro and Sis~, do u all know that 08/08/08 is an important date? Wanna know why? is it your lucky number 888? or either Olympics games 2008 at Beijing opening ceremony ? All above are half correct (hehe)... Most importantly 080808 is the day Uniten Caregroup doing cooking ~ Imagine that all the boys cooking for all the people who come (it may not as tasty as Mum's cooking style) but then God gives us a wonderful hand to cook, a pair of eyes to see, a tongue to taste and alot more to bring success to this wonderful homecoming caregroupp.. ~ giving a warm feeling toward home to those who missed their homess~

The Transition

aloha~~~ it have been quite awhile i didn update the blog sry for that hahaha. As we know that recently we were busying doing our reach out and all of us were keep on "chiong chiong chiong" for the Lord. However, i believe even though we "chiong" there might have some problem inside every one of us that we didn share out. Besides,i also believe some of us felt uneasy throughout the transition that our cg have been form into a new structure. So i think i got few point that i would like to share which is:

1. Doubt

As we know that most of us have been separated into different group and we found out that there are some difficulties for us to survive in another new environment due to new structure. So our mind might POP up the problem so called "doubt" which will decrease our faith. We shouldnt dout God as the books below said:

• Matthew 14:13 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. "You of little faith," he said, "why did you doubt?"


• John 20:27 Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe."

Basically doubt can be healthy or disturctive, depending on how we use it. Use ur doubts to learn about God and make ur faith stronger this is beacuse God every said that in:

• Hebrews 13:5 "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

2. Blame

Other than that, as we know that when there is doubt occured, the following problem will be blame. We will blame this blame that and as we know that we are sinners and its hardly for us to blameless but are we free of responsibily?? Lets look at:

• Philipian 2:15 so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe.

Our responsibility is to live by Christ example. We are to keep our heart and mind pure. Imperfection is no excuses for perversion. So we must continue trust in God because:

• 1 thessalonians 3:13 May he strengthen your hearts so that you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.

3. Challenges

God also ever tell us that our chirstian live will be wavy because God will always give us challenge or test and as we know that man hate chellenges because the purpose of God for that is to strengthen our faith and help us to walk further in God's path.

• 1 Chronicles 28:20 David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished.


• Proverbs 15:31-32 He who listens to a life-giving rebuke will be at home among the wise. He who ignores discipline despises himself, but whoever heeds correction gains understanding.

I think I have to end here ahahha, i hope this few points can truely encourage u all an increase u all faith in order to help u all to "Chiong" further. We christian must be an overcomer and not a failure so continue trust in God because the purpose He gave us will always be the greatest one.
