HARI GAWAI VISITATION

HOHOHO last sunday which is Hari Gawai. Gawai Day or Gawai Dayak, a festival celebrated in Sarawak on 1st of June every year is both a religious and social occasion. The word Gawai means a ritual or festival whereas Dayak is a collective name for the native ethnics of Sarawak; Iban, Bidayu, Kayan, Kenyan, and others. Thus, Gawai Dayak literally means "Dayak Festival". Dayak would visit their friends and relatives on this day. Such visit is more known as "ngabang" in Iban Dialect. Those far away would receive greeting cards.

On that day, Rebecca has invited all of us to visit her house. When we reach her house, the house was filled wit ppl (wah banyaknye lol) but even though there was lots of ppl but she still manage serve us well haha 10 u BEC BEC haha. She served us wit some CHEESE CAKE which baked by her & the taste is no different from the Secret recipe. Besides, she also treated us the legendary "got one no two" de TUAK which is natives wine, the wine taste nice if u want to try out plz cum visit us at next year ok hiak hiak hoho hiak hiak.
